Return Policy

10-Day Evaluation Period

At BALLR Pickleball, your contentment is our top priority. That’s why the products* we sell come with a 10-day risk-free evaluation period. If, for any reason, you find the product not up to your expectations, just reach out to us within 10 days after receiving your order. We’ll facilitate a complete product refund, allowing you the peace of mind to assess our offerings and ensure they align with your requirements. 


*excludes apparel items. Apparel is not available for returns or refunds. 

Warranty Policy

BALLR Pickleball warrants the paddles to be free from major defects in workmanship and materials when used for the intended purpose under normal use and conditions FOR A PERIOD OF 6 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT ON ORIGINAL PURCHASE.

  • To be eligible for the warranty, registration is mandatory.
  • If the paddle is purchased from a third-party vendor, it must be registered within 15 days from the date of purchase. If purchased directly from our website, your paddle is automatically registered.
  • Please note that our warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser. Proof of purchase, such as bank or credit card statements, is required.
  • In order to avoid abuse of this policy, BALLR Pickleball reserves the right to judge and determine whether a paddle meets warranty requirements and whether or not to replace said paddle.

What's Not Covered

Even though the following conditions are not covered under the warranty, we urge you to contact us so we can find the best possible way to assist you in the event that any of these occur:

  • Normal wear and tear, along with damage from misuse or negligence.
  • Any modifications made to the paddle after purchase.
  • Fading of paddle graphics.
  • Severe damage to the edge guard of the paddle.
  • Damage from hitting objects other than a pickleball, like the ground or other paddles, which can compromise the paddle’s integrity.
  • Not being the original buyer.
  • Purchases made from unauthorized dealers, such as Facebook groups or Craigslist.
